Sena (“the App”, “we”, “our”) provides users with an AI-powered communication and reasoning coach. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum data required to operate the App.

1.1 Account Information

  • Email address

  • Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)

1.2 Performance Data

To allow the AI to evaluate your progress over time, we store:

  • Your evaluation scores (clarity, coherence, persuasion, structure, vocabulary, rhetorical flair)

  • Your overall score

  • Your ranking level

1.3 Subscription Information

To manage billing and access:

  • Subscription status (active, expired)

  • Subscription plan

  • Renewal dates

  • Purchase tokens provided by Apple App Store / Google Play Store
    We never see your full payment information.

1.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • The content of your written speech

  • Audio recordings (the app is text-based)

  • Photos, images, or media

  • Contacts, location, or device identifiers

  • Advertising data

  • Analytics or tracking information

  • Third-party advertising identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only for:

  1. Creating and maintaining your account

  2. Evaluating your performance and generating feedback

  3. Displaying your historical improvement

  4. Managing subscription access

  5. Ensuring the security and stability of the App

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

  • Data is stored securely in Supabase.

  • Passwords are hashed and never readable by us.

  • Access to internal databases is limited and audited.

  • All communication between the app and server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

4. Data Retention

  • Evaluation text is never stored.

  • Scores and subscription records are kept as long as your account is active.

  • If you delete your account, all your data is permanently erased.

5. Children’s Privacy

Sena is not intended for users under 14 years old.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Third-Party Services

We use:

  • Supabase (authentication & database)

  • OpenAI (AI evaluation and feedback generation)

  • Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (subscription management)

These services only receive the minimal data required to operate their function.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Delete your account at any time

  • Request deletion of all data

  • Request access to your stored information

Use the in-app “Delete Account” feature or contact us.
