These Terms govern your use of Sena (“the App”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Sena provides AI-generated evaluations of user-written texts.
You agree to use the App responsibly and not misuse the AI system.

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content

  • Use the App for automated scraping or generation

2. User Content

  • You submit written content solely for real-time evaluation.

  • This text is not stored after the evaluation is complete.

  • You retain full rights to all your written content.

3. Subscription & Payments

Sena offers an auto-renewing subscription at:

$8.99/month + VAT

  • Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • We do not process or store payment details.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • All refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, following their policies.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through:

  • App Store Settings (iOS)

  • Google Play Subscriptions (Android)

Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund past payments.

5. AI-Generated Feedback

Sena uses AI to generate evaluations and suggestions.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may be imperfect

  • The App is not a substitute for professional training

  • You are responsible for how you use the feedback

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

  • Attempt to compromise the service

Users may delete their own account at any time, which permanently removes all stored data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sena provides the App “as-is” with no guarantees

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the App

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
